This building complex is the symbol facility of the city and nearly 2 million people visit this place every year. It has an event hall (buffet-style for 1,500 people), a large hall (750 seats), small hall (300-seat capacity), wedding hall, movie theater, restaurant and an observation tower room that is 115 meters above ground. There are also health and commerce/industry facilities such as the Medical Checkup Center and Industrial Promotion Center.
For reservations: Reservations for the event hall (for wedding ceremonies), large hall or small hall can be made from 12 months in advance. For conference rooms and training rooms, reservations can be made five months in advance.
Fees: Fees vary according to the facility and the time of use. Please ask for more information.
Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

This public facility for the residents of the city can be called the main center of resident cultural activities. It features a large hall (1,497 seats), small hall (500 seats), rehearsal room, Japanese-style room, conference room, training room, exhibition room and restaurant.
For reservations: Reservations for the large hall or small hall can be made from 12 months in advance of use (13 months, if the planned activity is an odd-numbered month), from the first day of the month. For other facilities, reservations can be made five months in advance, from the first day of the month.
Fees: Fees vary according to the facility and the time of use. Please ask for more information.

Green Palace offers a location for conferences and other gatherings, as well as facilities for banquets.
For conferences and gatherings:
There are meeting rooms (12 rooms), a hall (250 seats), a cooking class room and a banquet hall.
* Also located in Green Palace is the Local History Exhibition Room, Consumer Center, Volunteer Center, Edogawa Eco Center, the Traffic Safety Subsection , Education Research Institute, the Social Welfare Council and various counseling service counters.
For reservations: Reservations for the meeting rooms can be made from five months in advance.
