City Office Business Hours

Open: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Closed: Saturday, Sunday, national holidays (or, if a national holiday falls on a Sunday, the following day), and from December 29 through January 3.

Access

• From Shin-Koiwa Station on the JR Sobu Line, take the Metropolitan bus (To-bus) headed for Nishi-Kasai Eki ( Bus No. 21) or Kasai Eki ( Bus No. 22).
• From Koiwa Station on the JR Sobu Line, take the Keisei bus headed for Ryogoku Eki, Kinshicho Eki, Funabori Eki (Bus No. 27) or Komatsugawa Keisatsusho ( Bus No. 74).
• From Nishi-Kasai Station on the Tozai Subway Line, take the Metropolitan bus (To-bus) headed for Shin-Koiwa Eki ( Bus No. 21)
• From Funabori Station on the Toei-Shinjuku Subway Line, take the Metropolitan Bus (To-bus) headed for Shin-Koiwa Eki ( Bus No. 21) or Koiwa Eki ( Bus No. 27)
• From Kasai Station on the Tozai Subway Line or Ichinoe Station on the Shinjuku Subway Line, take the Metropolitan bus (To-bus) headed for Shin-Koiwa Eki (Bus No. 22).
• Take the JR Sobu Line from Hirai Station to Shin-Koiwa Station, and take the Metropolitan bus (To-bus) headed for Nishi-kasai Eki or Kasai Eki.
• Take the Toei-Shinjuku Subway Line from Shinozaki Station or Mizue Station to Ichinoe Station, and take the Metropolitan bus (To-bus) headed for Shin-Koiwa Eki.
* For all buses, get off at the “Edogawa Kuyakusho-mae” bus stop.
